Shipping & returns
Canvases are printed and shipped from a facility in the United States. Production takes 2 to 5 business days after you approve the final artwork; delivery takes another 3 to 5 days with tracking. Most orders arrive within two weeks of photo approval.
Holiday delivery
For holiday delivery, approve your artwork by December 8. Orders approved later will be produced as fast as possible but arrival by December 24 cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged or defective canvas
Send us a photo of the piece and the packaging within 14 days of delivery and we will print and ship a replacement, or refund you in full. You keep the damaged canvas; we never ask you to ship anything back.
Returns
Because each portrait is personalised and approved by you before printing, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns of correctly produced pieces. If something else went wrong with your order, write to hello@goodboygallery.com and a real person will sort it out.
